1. Cancellation by Traveler

  • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund after deducting 10% processing fee.

  • 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.

  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be provided.


2. Cancellation by Over The Top Holidays

  • In rare situations where Over The Top Holidays must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or safety concerns, a full refund will be issued.

  • Travelers may also be offered alternative travel dates or rescheduling options, subject to availability.


3. Partially Used Services

  • No refund will be given for any services not utilized during the tour, including hotel stays, sightseeing, meals, or transportation.


4. Payment & Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.

  • Refund processing time is 7–14 working days.

  • Any applicable bank charges or payment gateway fees will be deducted from the refundable amount.


5. Travel Insurance

  • Travelers are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, or personal issues.

  • Travel insurance is not included in the tour package unless specifically mentioned.
