Cancellation Policy:-

  • 25% deduction if cancelled before or above 45 days prior to Arrival Date.
  • 50% deduction if booking cancelled before 30 days prior to Arrival Date.

  • No refund if cancelled before 30 days prior to Arrival.

  • We do not accept any change in plan within 30 days of travel date.

  • Booking amount is non refundable.

Important Note:

AC will not work in Hill Stations. 

  • No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours, or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Roadblocks, or any other factor beyond our control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
  • Base category rooms will be booked in hotels until and unless specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in selected hotels, rooms shall be booked in a similar hotel or higher category rooms where you have to pay the difference.
  • The car may or may not have power windows
  • Most North India Hill Stations are with speed limitations. Cabs are run by drivers keeping in Mind speed limits for customer safety (Approx 40-50 KMPH Maximum)
  • Our Cabs will be available from 8 AM to 8 PM as per the itinerary during the Tour.
  • We have only telephonic/mail contact with our Customers. We take no liability for the conduct of customers or any dispute between the customer and the hotel.
  • All hotels do not have lift facilities & the guest may have to climb stairs. In case of guests have problems with blood pressure, breathing, knee & heart or if they cannot climb the higher floors, we will request you to report this problem at the time of booking so that we may take appropriate action. This is again subject to availability.
  • In case of confusion regarding the age of an Infant (Less than 5 yrs) or a Child (5-12 yrs) being claimed to be over age by the Hotelier; The Company shall not be a party to the dispute & the same shall be resolved by the client directly with the Hotel/Resort by producing valid identity/age proof of the child or by making direct payment at the Hotel/Resort.
  • In most hotels mentioned above Extra Person Sharing the Room, a Child with an Extra Bed, will be provided MATTRESS / ROLLOVERS as per requirement.

  • The Company reserves the right to alter/amend the entire itinerary or a part thereof in case of some unforeseen/unavoidable circumstances that make the such change necessary for the smooth conduct of the tour.

  • The Company shall not be liable for any type of delay, disruption, or cancellation caused due to accident/strike/insurgency/bad weather/Excessive snow or rain, a natural calamity that hinders smooth plying of the hired cab, or any other unforeseen factor that may affect the smooth conduct of the tour.

  • All the sightseeing and packages depend on the subject of weather conditions.

  • We may reschedule the sightseeing days due to the closing of any monument & subject to weather conditions during that particular day as to ensure the smooth execution of tours.

  • · For early check-in and late checkout payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.  Check-in and checkout time of most of the hotels is 12PM to 11PMand the number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the No. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.

  • Meals Timing must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals, we shall not be responsible.

  • Transportation is not on a disposal basis, it is strictly as per the Programmed, any extra running will be charged extra.

  • The extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen Miss-happening.

  • All disputes will be settled in Kullu jurisdiction.

Prepone AND Postpone:

For postponement/Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in writing and need to be informed at least 30 days prior to the tour date. INR 3000/- Per Person will be charged extra for Prepone/postpone if advised at least 30 days prior.

Amendments / Cancellations

  • If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including Non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation Charges from the Client.

  • All cancellations are to be communicated in writing.

  • The Company possesses full right to Change the Package Costing due to Increments in Tariff & Taxes of Hotels, transportation, or any other services.

Refund Policy-

All refunds shall be governed by the rules & regulations laid down in the Reservation & Cancellation Policy & giving due consideration to the refund, reservation & cancellation policy of Hotels/Resort & Vendors engaged in providing services to the client. Refund initiation is an offline process and the final amount settled for refund will be rolled back into the agency account within 45 days of the final settlement of the refund amount after the deduction of the GST.
